Not all products in Max Muscle Nutrition stores are available online. We allow reputable third party vendors to sell products in our stores as well. So visit a store near you!

Is Max Muscle Nutrition a subscription plan?

No. There are no minimum order requirements, membership fees or subscription plans for Max Muscle products. Max Muscle Nutrition has a wide variety of solutions to meet your individual goals. You can try as many products as you like without minimums or restrictions.

How do I create an account?

Creating a Max Muscle Nutrition account is easy. Click on Create Account in the top right corner of the page. Simply use your email address and create a password. By logging into your account when you purchase, it allows you to track your order status and purchase history.

Do you offer meal planning?

Meal planning may be the single most important piece to your success in any wellness and fitness plan! Although we don’t offer meal planning on our website, participating Max Muscle Nutrition stores do have a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach™ who can customize a plan to educate you on what to eat, when to eat, how to prepare your meals and when to supplement when it makes sense for your specific needs. Yes! At participating Max Muscle Nutrition stores, a cutting-edge device that goes way beyond taking your weight is available for body composition analysis. How do I check my order status?

Sign in to your Max Muscle Nutrition account and select My Orders. Here you will see the status of your order. To check the shipping status, use the UPS tracking number provided in your fulfillment confirmation email.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after I have submitted it?

Once submitted, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or changed. Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our Return Policy.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders placed on maxmuscle.com are shipped via UPS.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a UPS tracking number. By using this tracking number, you can see where your order is at in the delivery process.

What is your return policy?

30-Day Return Policy
We love our products and hope you feel the same. But, if you are not fully satisfied with an item you purchased from one of our stores or from maxmuscle.com, you may return the item within 30 days from the purchase date. The item must be returned, slightly used or unused, in good condition, in original packaging and with a valid receipt or packing slip; or, contact must be made with Customer Service. Details must be provided for a full refund or in-store credit, minus shipping, handling or other charges as applicable. *The right of refusal can be maintained if abuse of policy is determined.

For purchases made on maxmuscle.com, we do not store credit card information. Even if you have created an account, for the safety of your credit card information, we will ask you to enter it each time at checkout. Do you have gift cards?
